Lee House

Kate Lee is a retired Disney Scene Painter  dripping with talent and an eye for good design.  Mr. Jensen crafted this Coach House addition.  The project involved a 4 car garage with Landscape storage bay and a spacious Studio Suite on Level 2.  The CMU building has a advanced metal Floor system using a cast in place Reinforcing called Epicore.  The system utilizes the metal deck as the tensile reinforcement and is only 8” thick, even though it spans 14’.   Mr. Jensen designed, prepared Permit drawings and managed construction of this $250,000 project.
