The Worden’s are horse people and came to me for a 2500 SF “Barndominium” on their east Orlando property.  This is a house that looks like a Barn on the outside but is an upscale interior plan and sort of a surprise when people get inside.  There can be economies in using reengineered buildings, however, those economies disappear if you have steep slopes, porches and other elements that make the building look good.  Come to the Firm for a Barndominium but be prepared to make some hard economic decisions.
