The 6-level administration parking garage covers a city block. Mr. Jensen was the project architect and took the selected marketing image to a detailed design, which is largely believed by many to be one of the prettiest buildings in the region. On this project, Mr. Jensen pioneered the use of computerized plate cutting technology in the discipline of architecture, at least in the United States. This design-build project was completed 8 weeks early and $800,000 under budget. Mr. Jensen provided architectural design, construction management, and personally created the art used in the design. He also art-directed the metalwork, fabrication, and installation. Ornamental metal is a firm specialty.
